Cash Application Sr. Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead cash application and bank operations activities across Latin America to ensure accurate and timely payment processing.
• Manage and coordinate the daily work of three Cash Application Analysts, providing operational support and guidance.
• Oversee bank reconciliations, investigate variances, and resolve unapplied or misapplied cash issues.
• Monitor internal controls, audit requirements, and operational KPIs to ensure compliance and performance visibility.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Bank Operations, Collections, Sales, and Finance to drive process standardization and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Proven experience in Cash Application, Bank Operations, Order to Cash, or Accounts Receivable within a high-volume environment.
• Strong knowledge of bank reconciliations, payment application, and customer account accounting.
• Proficiency in SAP and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead or coordinate a team.
• English proficiency for collaboration with regional and global stakeholders.
