Cash Application Specialist

Responsibilities

• Execute cash application activities in line with defined SOPs and controls
• Apply customer payments (bank, lockbox, wire, credit card) to open invoices
• Reconcile AR ledgers with bank information within defined boundaries
• Investigate and resolve unapplied or misapplied cash issues of moderate complexity
• Coordinate with Collections and AR colleagues for execution-related clarifications
• Perform manual postings and corrections for exception items

Requirements

• Graduate degree in Commerce or Accounting
• 3-5 years of experience in the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process
• Experience working in a global business environment
• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or D365
