Cash and Trade Processing Representative

Responsibilities

• Perform cash management operations including cash handling, check processing, return items, and lock-box operations
• Provide processing assistance for firm payments, receivables, trade transactions, liquidity flows, and wholesale card activity
• Serve as a subject matter expert for User Acceptance Training (UAT) and assist in training new team members
• Participate in compliance-related activities to minimize losses and safeguard firm assets
• Appropriately assess risk when making business decisions and ensure adherence to applicable laws, rules, and regulations
• Assist with various cash and trade operational project needs

Requirements

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in financial operations
• Demonstrated experience in cash management processing and transaction services
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and strong data entry skills
• High School diploma or equivalent
