About the role

Responsibilities

  • Generate revenue by promoting diverse payments and liquidity product offerings to Financial Institution and non-Bank Financial Institution portfolios.
  • Identify potential customers, analyze their financial needs, and create detailed profiles to tailor sales approaches and product recommendations.
  • Manage relationships with existing and potential clients through high-quality support, resolving queries, and understanding their financial goals.
  • Develop compelling sales pitches and proposals that showcase the value proposition of the bank's treasury solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with Corporate and Investment Bankers to integrate treasury products into broader client relationship strategies.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics, including lead conversion rates and customer acquisition costs, to identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage and mitigate risks in support of the bank's control and governance agenda.

Requirements

  • Proven experience selling payments and liquidity solutions, including cash concentration, pooling, and cross-border capabilities.
  • Deep understanding of Treasury and Trade Services (TTS) or corporate banking frameworks.
  • Demonstrated success in client-facing roles, including managing senior relationships and navigating complex organizational structures.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills to work effectively with internal banking teams.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of domestic and international cash governance regulations, trends, and technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling specifically to sector-based clients or familiarity with their unique treasury operations.
  • Background working within financial institutions using a consultative sales approach.
  • Remarkable communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex financial solutions for diverse audiences.
  • High degree of adaptability and strategic thinking in a fast-paced, growth-minded environment.
