Casemix Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage quality and costs of services provided to BPJS patients
• Collaborate with hospital leaders on strategic planning and operational development
• Analyze gross margins for BPJS patients in collaboration with Finance
• Monitor billing rates versus BPJS reimbursement amounts
• Build and expand Siloam's network within the health industry
• Manage average length of stay (ALOS) for BPJS patients
• Supervise daily BPJS patient reports and claim estimations
• Ensure compliance with BPJS regulations and prevent fraud
• Collaborate with internal verifiers to resolve rejected claims

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related major, preferably Medical Department
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in health or quality management
• Experience in quality projects or internal audit is a plus
• Proficiency with coding systems such as ICD and DRG
• High attention to detail for coding and data reporting accuracy
• Strong problem-solving skills regarding case mix data
