About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage quality and costs of services provided to BPJS patients
- Implement strategic and operational initiatives for BPJS patient analysis
- Collaborate with hospital leadership (CEO, Hospital Director, AMA) on strategic planning
- Partner with Finance to analyze gross margins for BPJS patients by service type
- Monitor billing rate differences versus BPJS reimbursement amounts
- Coordinate with marketing and clinic teams to expand referral networks
- Work with medical teams to manage average length of stay (ALOS) for BPJS patients
- Supervise daily BPJS patient reports and maintain claim estimates in web applications
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Medicine
- Minimum 2 years experience in health or quality management
- Experience in quality projects or internal audit is a plus
- High attention to detail for coding and data reporting accuracy
- Strong problem-solving skills regarding case mix data and coding practices
- Proficiency with ICD, DRG, and other healthcare classification systems
