About the role

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and mentor a team of 5 case managers
  • Manage a high-value inventory of approximately 50 cases
  • Conduct regular team meetings, performance evaluations, and training sessions
  • Monitor case timelines, deadlines, and milestones
  • Serve as a liaison between the Case Management team and the Pre-Suit Attorney
  • Collaborate with Trial Attorneys to develop and execute case strategies
  • Maintain high standards of quality and compliance through periodic audits
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and workflow enhancement

Requirements

  • Prior experience as a Personal Injury Case Manager
  • 3-5 years in a leadership or supervisory role preferred
  • At least 2 years of experience in a legal position or as an insurance adjuster preferred
  • Excellent organizational and negotiating skills
  • Strong writing, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Typing speed of at least 35 wpm
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
