About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist Case Managers and Attorneys in organizing and maintaining client files
- Submit check requests for medical documentation, accident reports, and driving history
- Support demand preparation by gathering and organizing case documents electronically
- Handle certified mail processing and digital document support
- Perform general administrative tasks including typing and operating office equipment
- Prepare and send standard letters including turndowns, contracts, and multi-party letters
- Assist in drafting and sending demand letters
- Work closely with experienced Case Managers to build core case management skills
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative, insurance, or support role
- Experience in a law firm or corporate legal department preferred
- Highly organized with ability to multitask and prioritize
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and databases
- Typing speed of at least 35 wpm
