About the role

Responsibilities

  • Assist Case Managers and Attorneys in organizing and maintaining client files
  • Submit check requests for medical documentation, accident reports, and driving history
  • Support demand preparation by gathering and organizing case documents electronically
  • Handle certified mail processing and digital document support
  • Perform general administrative tasks including typing and operating office equipment
  • Prepare and send standard letters including turndowns, contracts, and multi-party letters
  • Assist in drafting and sending demand letters
  • Work closely with experienced Case Managers to build core case management skills

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative, insurance, or support role
  • Experience in a law firm or corporate legal department preferred
  • Highly organized with ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and databases
  • Typing speed of at least 35 wpm
