Case Manager III

Responsibilities

• Manage manufacturing and supply chain projects using internal ERP systems and integrated software to ensure orders meet customer delivery and quality requirements.
• Lead the problem-solving process for troubled orders by working with technical experts to improve supplier relationships and quality.
• Execute supplier oversight activities, including phone and video assessments, management escalations, and quality nonconformance reviews.
• Communicate directly with customers and suppliers via phone, video, and written communication to resolve issues and provide project updates.
• Monitor daily supplier activity through real-time KPI performance reports and document all project-related activities.
• Interface with Engineering, Customer Care, Quality, Sales, and Shipping teams to ensure manufacturing processes are capable of meeting customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Sciences, or Engineering.
• Minimum of 2 years of customer-facing project management experience.
• Proven ability to perform root cause analysis and identify solutions to complex problems.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to manage up and peer-to-peer.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within an engineering or manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of manufacturing processes, engineering drawings, and inspection methods.
• Experience in fast-paced operations environments.
