Case Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage patient cases from initial referral to final resolution, including handling appeal approvals in a timely manner.
• Contact patients and caregivers to discuss copay assistance programs and retrieve necessary documentation such as authorization forms and denial letters.
• Assist customers in navigating healthcare insurance reimbursement issues through education and clear communication.
• Maintain and update tracking systems to ensure smooth coordination between patients, providers, and internal teams.
• Manage communications by answering hotline calls, fielding customer complaints, and responding to case-related emails.
• Lead coordination efforts between patients, physicians, billing departments, insurance companies, and patient assistance programs.
• Facilitate the coordination of products and ancillary supplies needed for treatment.
• Collaborate with internal quality and supply chain teams to resolve issues and act as a functional expert for the Kite Konnect™ Hospital Portal.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and the local language.
• Strong problem-solving, case management, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong working knowledge of order management and information management systems.
• Ability to multi-task across various tactical and strategic activities.
