About the role

Responsibilities

  • Resolve technical and non-technical issues related to Expereo’s services by liaising with customers and local providers
  • Act as the first-line support person for both internal and external parties
  • Manage Network & Data Communication Systems and ensure customer excellence through relationship management
  • Work collaboratively with Network and System administrators to achieve preset organizational goals
  • Identify and establish new processes to optimize and improve the customer service experience
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, systems, and work processes through continuous training

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in IT or Telecommunications
  • Thorough understanding of routing and switching, SD-WAN, and cloud concepts
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Cisco and Juniper routers and switches
  • In-depth knowledge of TCP/IP, VPN solutions (MPLS, SSL, IPSEC), and routing protocols like OSPF
  • Proficiency with Network Management & Monitoring tools, specifically SolarWinds
  • Strong understanding of ITIL v3 frameworks and IT best practices
  • CCNA or an equivalent professional certification
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Proven project management skills and the ability to perform under tight deadlines
