Case Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead negotiation efforts with insurance adjusters or opposing counsel to reach favorable settlements
• Prepare compelling demand letters and case summaries by reviewing medical records and bills
• Maintain regular contact with clients to provide case updates and guide them through treatment
• Request, organize, and analyze medical records and bills to support case development
• Monitor treatment progress and follow up with clients to gather updates
• Oversee the end-to-end claims process and maintain communication with insurance providers
• Collaborate with attorneys to relay critical case updates and support strategy development
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, medical providers, and insurance representatives

Requirements

• 4–5 years of experience in a personal injury law firm
• Proven track record in pre-litigation case handling and settlement negotiation
• Experience reviewing medical records and working with attorneys or adjusters
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to evaluate case value
• High attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of information
• Ability to work onsite in Tacoma, Washington
