Case Manager

Responsibilities

• Conduct client intake, introductory calls, and regular follow-up calls to monitor treatment status
• Manage claims, including setting up health insurance and sending Letters of Representation
• Collect medical bills, records, and insurance declaration pages
• Maintain case statuses and detailed notes within Filevine
• Draft legal documents including demands, complaints, initial discovery, and standard motions
• Manage litigation timelines, calendaring, and noticing depositions
• Assist in trial preparation and handle disbursements

Requirements

• 4-5 years of personal injury pre-litigation experience
• Litigation experience
• Case management experience
• Proficiency in drafting demands, complaints, and discovery responses
• Experience with service of process and calendaring litigation timelines
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Fast typing skills
