Case Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth phone consultations to understand legal needs and communicate firm value
• Maintain timely follow-up using CRM systems to maximize conversion rates
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure seamless client handoffs
• Track metrics and maintain accurate records of conversations and outcomes
• Provide empathy, professionalism, and clarity during stressful client situations

Requirements

• Experience in persuasion-heavy or urgency-based sales environments
• Ability to handle objections and discuss pricing/fees confidently
• Strong verbal communication and emotional intelligence
• High level of organization and follow-up discipline
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in rehab admissions or treatment center intake
• Experience in car sales, finance management, or high-ticket phone sales
• Experience in insurance sales, bail bonds intake, or collections
