Cart Attendant

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to members and guests
• Manage cart loading, cleanliness, staging, and storage
• Assist with checking in golf members and guests
• Perform superficial maintenance on carts and wash range balls
• Complete required checklists such as filling sand bottles and managing water coolers
• Coordinate member needs and assist as requested
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment
• Cover Cart Staff and Field Marshall duties as needed

Requirements

• Customer service experience
• Ability to work weekends and flexible schedules
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift and carry items weighing over 50 pounds
• Ability to stand and walk for extensive periods
• Maintain TABC/food handling license requirements
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
