Carrier Payable Specialist

Responsibilities

• Assist with insurance carrier accounts payable functions for all location operations
• Reconcile billing statements and process premium payments to insurance carriers
• Act as a resource to internal teams regarding carrier invoice processing guidelines
• Process electronic payments and perform administrative tasks such as filing
• Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders via email and phone
• Support the Accounting Department with various tasks as needed

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of similar or related experience
• Proficiency with Applied Epic and SAP Concur
• Experience with MS Office products, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Strong attention to detail and proficiency with 10-key data entry
• A two-year college degree, specialized business course completion, or equivalent in-house training
