About the role
Responsibilities
- Proactively expand the carrier base for existing and new lanes
- Onboard and activate carriers in CtrlChain systems
- Ensure full system adoption and drive a system-first way of working
- Work closely with Sales on RFPs and new business
- Monitor carrier KPIs and proactively drive improvements
- Optimize carrier selection to improve margins
- Provide insights to support pricing, planning, and strategy
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in transport, freight forwarding, or logistics coordination
- Experience with carrier onboarding, communication, and daily operations
- Professional level of English and Spanish
- Proficiency in working with KPIs and performance metrics
- Structured, responsive, and ownership-oriented mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Third European language (ideally German, French, or Polish)
