About the role
Responsibilities
- Navigate effectively within customer organizations to sell Bandwidth’s voice and messaging offerings
- Build and maintain strong relationships across multiple levels of customer contacts and align resources with key decision makers
- Develop a deep understanding of customer business, market, and technical requirements to position solutions effectively
- Achieve assigned quotas for incremental revenue growth across the account base
- Analyze customer needs, pricing models, and network operations to provide feedback for internal course correction
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in strategic, technical, and communications application sales
- Existing relationships within the major European Carrier/Service provider segment
- Proven success in client relationship management and navigating complex customer organizations
- Working knowledge of Voice and Messaging Services
- Proficiency in Salesforce (or similar CRM), Excel, and PowerPoint
