• Perform responsible construction work based on provided drawings and plans
• Manage own work phases and schedules independently
• Solve changing situations on the construction site independently
• Ensure high-quality completion of work stages

Requirements

• Construction industry education
• Ability to read construction drawings and plans
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for work processes
• Finnish language skills
• B driving license and possibility to use own car

Preferred Qualifications

• Good problem-solving skills in changing situations
• Experience in independent management of schedules and work phases
