Responsibilities

• Perform general carpentry tasks including framing, sheathing, and installation of walls, floors, and ceilings
• Assemble and install cabinetry, doors, windows, and trim details in modules
• Read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, and digital plans
• Use hand and power tools to execute tasks with precision and consistency
• Conduct quality checks to ensure work meets company standards
• Collaborate with other carpenters and trades to complete tasks on time
• Assist with moving materials and organizing workstations
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace
• Conduct routine maintenance on carpentry tools and equipment

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of carpentry experience
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments
• Strong understanding of carpentry principles, including framing and finishing techniques
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, and work overhead for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
