Carpenter

Responsibilities

• Carry out carpentry and related skilled works including GRP flat roofing, UVPC window repairs/fitting, and composite door fitting
• Perform floor laying tasks such as sheet and tile installation
• Accurately measure and record detailed replacement requirements
• Provide a customer-focused repair and replacement service in both void and occupied properties
• Follow technical plans and complete all relevant paperwork using an electronic device (iPad)
• Participate in the out-of-hours on-call rota approximately once every eight weeks

Requirements

• City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2 or equivalent certification in Carpentry
• Minimum of one year post-qualification experience
• Valid UK driving licence (must be able to drive manual transmission vehicles)
• Basic IT competency and willingness to use digital tools for task execution
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Willingness to participate in an out-of-hours rota
