About the role
Responsibilities
- Construct and maintain safety handrails, hole protection, steps, and gang ladders
- Build temporary weather enclosures and protection
- Perform sawing, stripping, nailing, measuring, and drilling
- Support field supervision and execute assigned tasks
Requirements
- 5 years of construction experience
- Ability to read basic drawings
- Training in construction safety protocols (OSHA 10, fall protection, etc.)
- Physical ability to lift 50-100 lbs frequently
- Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, and work on uneven surfaces
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with concrete
- Ability to work outdoors
- Availability for overtime and weekend hours
