Carpenter

Responsibilities

• Construct, repair, and install structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and other materials
• Interpret blueprints and adhere to construction plans to meet specifications
• Measure, cut, shape, and assemble materials according to precise requirements
• Install windows, doors, cabinets, and molding
• Inspect and repair damaged structures or fixtures
• Maintain and repair existing woodwork
• Collaborate with other tradespeople and contractors
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of industry-related carpentry or fabrication experience
• Proficiency in carpentry techniques including framing, finishing, and cabinetry
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Knowledge of various woodworking tools and equipment
• Physical stamina and dexterity for manual labor in various weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and precision in measurements
