Carpenter Foreperson/Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a carpentry team on construction sites both domestically and abroad
• Independently organize and supervise assembly work on-site
• Assemble wall, ceiling, and roof elements, as well as glulam and special timber constructions
• Ensure all work is executed on time, with high quality, and according to technical standards
• Take responsibility for occupational safety and compliance with safety regulations on-site
• Coordinate continuously with project management, site management, and assembly management
• Support special projects such as silos, facades, and individual timber constructions
• Provide guidance and support to skilled workers

Requirements

• Completed apprenticeship as a carpenter or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in timber construction
• Proven leadership experience and organizational skills
• Independent, responsible, and solution-oriented way of working
• Willingness to undertake assembly assignments with weekly home travel
• Driving license B (ideally E to B)
• Forklift or crane license is an advantage
