Carpenter

Responsibilities

• Construct and install frameworks, structures, and fixtures made from wood, plywood, and metal
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Measure, cut, and shape materials to specific dimensions
• Install doors, windows, and cabinets with precision
• Ensure all work complies with building codes and safety regulations
• Collaborate with other tradespeople and team members

Requirements

• Proven experience as a carpenter in residential or commercial settings
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Strong knowledge of woodworking tools and techniques
• Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials
• Valid driver’s license may be required
