About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform carpentry tasks ranging from rough framing to interior and exterior finish
- Execute drywall patching, texturing, and touch-up work
- Complete punchlist items including installing and adjusting trim, baseboards, crown molding, and cabinetry
- Handle caulking, adjusting doors and locks, and installing small appliances and fixtures
- Perform exterior finish work
Requirements
- Related carpentry experience from trainee to journeyman level
- Reliability and dependability
- Willingness to undertake additional training if necessary
