Carpenter

Responsibilities

• Install residential siding, replacement windows, and entry doors according to company standards
• Perform high-quality interior and exterior finish work
• Operate a siding brake and bend aluminum trim coil for custom trim fabrication
• Install flashing, weather barriers, sealants, and water management systems
• Read and follow work orders and manufacturer specifications
• Maintain a clean and professional job site
• Communicate effectively with team members and homeowners

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of verifiable experience in residential exterior remodeling
• Proven experience installing replacement windows and entry doors
• Proficiency operating a siding brake and bending aluminum trim coil
• Strong knowledge of flashing, sealing, and water management practices
• Professional-grade caulking and finishing skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
