Carpenter and General Handyman

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior finish carpentry projects
• Install and replace doors and trim
• Complete drywall repairs and painting projects
• Perform minor plumbing and electrical repairs
• Complete general home maintenance and repair tasks
• Handle minor roofing, siding, and trim repairs
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and manage expectations
• Accurately estimate project time and material requirements
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment

Requirements

• 10+ years of direct experience in home improvement or residential construction
• Strong finish carpentry skills
• Experience across multiple trades including drywall, painting, plumbing, and electrical
• Own professional-grade tools and a professional-looking van or truck
• Valid driver's license and current vehicle insurance
• Ability to pass a background check

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with minor roofing repairs
• Experience with siding repairs
• Experience with exterior trim repairs
