Carpenter and General Handyman

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior finish carpentry projects, including installing and replacing doors and trim
• Complete drywall repairs, painting projects, and general home maintenance tasks
• Perform minor plumbing and electrical repairs
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and manage customer expectations
• Accurately estimate project time and material requirements
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment

Requirements

• 10+ years of direct experience in home improvement or residential construction
• Strong finish carpentry skills and multi-trade experience (drywall, painting, plumbing, electrical)
• Own professional-grade tools and a professional-looking van or truck
• Valid driver's license and current vehicle insurance
• Ability to pass a background check
• Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with minor roofing repairs
• Experience with siding repairs
• Experience with exterior trim repairs
