About the role
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials
- Install and assemble structures and fixtures
- Perform general construction tasks such as digging and leveling
- Operate power tools and other construction equipment
- Assist with site cleanup and organization
Requirements
- Prior experience in carpentry or construction preferred
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and tools
- Physical stamina and strength for manual labor
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a team
