Carpenter

Responsibilities

• Provide repair services including basic carpentry, painting, and drywall
• Install wooden structures such as roofing frames, rafters, partitions, and joists
• Design and install cabinets, shelving, fitted furniture, and insulation
• Read blueprints, drawings, and sketches to work to specifications
• Calculate material requirements and fasteners for each job
• Build window frames, doors, staircases, and scaffolding
• Manage, pack, and move client contents and personal property
• Maintain company power tools, equipment, and fleet vehicles
• Complete daily notes and upload activity photos to the CRM system
• Conduct controlled demolition and set up dust control systems
• Perform sales activities including securing client reviews and placing yard signage

Requirements

• 5+ years of carpentry experience
• Valid driver's license in good standing
• Ability to pass a satisfactory background check
• Adherence to occupational safety hazard best practices
