Cargo Revenue Optimization Executive

Responsibilities

• Manage cargo capacity optimization for the airline's hub network, including daily planning for courier, special, and interline cargo.
• Optimize commodity mix and yield management to surpass cargo revenue targets on assigned routes.
• Monitor competitor pricing and collaborate with the cargo sales team to adjust short- and long-term pricing strategies.
• Analyze cargo commodity mix and yield trends to support data-driven pricing decisions.
• Prepare comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly reports regarding tonnage, revenue, and market trends.
• Coordinate with Ground Handling Agents (GHAs) at various hubs to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
• Track and manage shipment requests from cargo sales, GSA, and CSA to ensure optimum capacity utilization.
• Manage cargo equipment including VAL boxes, seals, and pallets at hubs and outstations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (Management preferred).
• At least 5 years of experience in cargo revenue management or sales.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience within the airline industry.
• Specialized training in cargo pricing and capacity management.
• Strong knowledge of IATA and TACT regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Fluent in English with strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to analyze data and identify effective revenue-enhancing solutions.
