Responsibilities

• Perform caretaker duties and monitor property condition
• Carry out minor repairs
• Conduct inspection rounds in indoor and outdoor areas
• Log energy data and consumption
• Monitor building technical facilities
• Supervise external service providers
• Perform apartment handovers and acceptances

Requirements

• Professional experience as a caretaker
• Independent, responsible, flexible, and reliable way of working
• Confident and friendly demeanor
• Driving license class B (essential)
• Native-level German language skills
• Basic technical understanding of real estate and manual dexterity
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Completed vocational training in a manual trade (desirable)
