About the role

Responsibilities

  • Assist with personal care including showering, bathing, toileting, dressing, and hygiene
  • Support client transfers using gait belts and/or hoyer lifts
  • Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
  • Provide transportation, shopping, and pet care as needed
  • Offer companionship and emotional support to clients
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the care team

Requirements

  • Registered Home Care Aide (HCA)
  • CPR/First Aid Certification
  • Proof of negative TB test
  • Ability to pass a drug screen
  • Authorized to work in the US
  • Experience with hands-on personal care preferred
