Responsibilities

• Help individuals and promote quality of life for customers in their home environment
• Meet individual needs and conditions
• Perform HSL interventions under delegation from nurses, occupational therapists, or physiotherapists
• Provide high-quality service and build positive relationships with customers

Requirements

• Ability to ride a bicycle
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language (spoken and written)
• Good computer literacy
• Independent, humble, and responsible personality
• Passion for elderly care

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in elderly care
• Qualification as an assistant nurse (undersköterska)
• Driver's license
