Caregiver

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance to residents to ensure a safe and healthy lifestyle
• Deliver meals and assist residents during mealtimes
• Aid with hygiene tasks, including showering
• Assist with individual care plan requirements such as walks and exercises
• Support residents with social activities like puzzles and table tennis

Requirements

• Experience in aged care or a similar caregiving role
• Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships
• Commitment to a rotational roster including morning, afternoon, and night shifts
• Ability to work a roster pattern of 4 days on and 2 days off
• Natural empathy, kindness, and patience
