Caregiver

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and dining
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members
• Support residents with memory impairments in a safe, respectful, and engaging environment
• Maintain accurate care records and report changes to the nursing team

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred
• Experience caring for individuals with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or similar conditions preferred
• Reliable transportation with strong attendance and punctuality
• Effective verbal and written English communication skills
• Physical ability to walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working around animals and pets
