Caregiver - Memory Care

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, resident-directed care for people living with dementia
• Assist with daily living activities including meal delivery and mealtimes
• Aid with personal hygiene and showering
• Support individual care plan requirements such as walks and exercises
• Facilitate engaging activities like puzzles and table tennis to promote a fulfilling lifestyle

Requirements

• Proven experience in aged care and dementia support
• Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships
• Commitment to a rotational roster (this role follows a 3 on 3 off roster, 4pm - 8pm)
• Natural empathy, kindness, and patience
