Caregiver

Responsibilities

• Provide non-medical assistance including personal care, light housekeeping, and errands
• Perform personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and oral hygiene
• Provide medication reminders as outlined in service plans
• Assist with shopping, meal preparation, cooking, and pet care
• Transport clients as requested with HR approval
• Complete required paperwork and training in a timely manner
• Report changes in client condition or suspected abuse/neglect to supervisors

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older or a high school graduate enrolled in a vocational program
• Minimum of 6 months experience preferred
• Dependable transportation required
• Ability to demonstrate competency of assigned tasks
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to provide quality customer service
