Caregiver Manager

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of caregivers through training and development
• Conduct weekly orientation sessions for incoming caregivers
• Facilitate client introductions by accompanying caregivers on initial shifts
• Deliver ongoing training including skills labs and soft skills development
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide regular feedback
• Maintain accurate records of caregiver communications and requests
• Serve as the primary contact point for caregiver inquiries and concerns

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in healthcare or senior care management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Ability to provide 2-3 professional references

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Point of Care software
• Experience working with older adults or individuals with disabilities
