Caregiver

Responsibilities

• Perform household chores including cleaning, laundry, and dishes
• Cook and serve meals
• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide companionship through daily activities and hobbies
• Drive clients to stores or appointments
• Monitor and report on client condition
• Assist with other activities of daily living as assigned

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to lift between 10lbs and 50lbs
• Ownership of a smartphone with mobile app capabilities
• Ability to pass state and national background checks
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and clean driving record
• Ability to transport clients in personal vehicle
• Comfort working in homes with pets or smokers

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Hoyer lifts
• Experience with Dementia or memory care
• Experience with mental health support
