Careers Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Deliver career services including employability programs, internships, placements, and employer engagement
• Build and maintain relationships with employers to secure internship and graduate opportunities
• Coordinate the Curtin Dubai Internship Program and organize industry talks or guest lectures
• Provide career guidance, employability coaching, and job readiness support to students
• Lead the planning and delivery of career fairs, networking events, and alumni engagements
• Design and administer graduate, alumni, and employer surveys to track placement rates
• Monitor key employability metrics and prepare reports to support continuous improvement
• Manage administrative processes including vendor coordination and expense approvals
• Collaborate with academic departments, marketing, and student services to align initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Education, or a related field
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in career services, student services, or industry engagement
• Strong stakeholder management and networking capabilities with industry partners
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making and reporting

• Previous experience working within a higher education environment
