Career Technical Training Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage Career Trade Instructors and oversee vocational training programs
• Analyze training procedures and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Counsel groups and individuals regarding vocational objectives
• Ensure the integration of vocational training with academic programs
• Conduct regular shop visitations and observations to ensure quality
• Develop and implement Corrective Action Plans based on center reports
• Maintain required statistical performance and review attendance documentation
• Participate in Center Industry Councils and Youth Council meetings
• Oversee property inventories and ensure proper reporting of losses

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university
• Minimum of two years of related experience or training
• Valid State driver’s license

Preferred Qualifications

• Teaching License in the state where the center is located
