About the Company

TSU was formed in 1999 to address a gap in the private security market in South Africa, providing highly trained professionals in Risk Management, Executive Protection, Technical Services, and Asset Protection. The Career Path program is designed to grow and shape candidates into formidable professional security specialists.

Responsibilities

• Complete a rigorous training program to become a professional security specialist
• Execute security-related tasks to the highest operational standards
• Maintain physical and medical readiness for operational deployment

Requirements

• RSA citizenship
• Age between 18 and 25 years
• Grade 12, Standard 10, or N3 qualification with at least two languages (one being English)
• Valid driver's license
• No criminal record and fit to possess a firearm
• Ability to pass a psychometrical evaluation and medical evaluation
• High level of physical fitness, including ability to pass specific PT tests (2.4km run, pull-ups, sit-ups, push-ups, and shuttle runs)
• Ability to handle oneself in water

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in languages other than English
