Career Hub Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized career advisory to students and alumni, including CV reviews, interview preparation, and career transition strategies.
• Design individual action plans tailored to different professional profiles (junior, mid-career, and executive).
• Manage the demand and operation of the career center, including prioritizing advisory requests and ensuring service level standards.
• Coordinate and monitor external career consultants to ensure high-quality service and compliance with institutional standards.
• Drive employer engagement through employability initiatives such as job fairs, networking panels, and strategic corporate partnerships.

Requirements

• University degree in Psychology, Administration, Communication, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Human Resources, talent development, or employability programs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of customer orientation and service excellence.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with diverse stakeholders.
