Responsibilities

• Prepare and apply detailing using paint, decals, or stencils
• Operate specialized paint and metal surface application equipment and measuring tools
• Mix and apply various coating systems including alkyds, epoxies, gel coats, powder coats, urethane, zinc epoxies, and water borne paint systems according to prescribed formulas
• Initiate and maintain all required applicable paperwork
• Follow all safety rules and practices, potentially participating in safety committees or initiatives
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience preferred
• Ability to properly prepare and mix paint within 90 days of hire
• Ability to read or learn to read schematics and/or blueprints
