Career Coach

Responsibilities

• Provide individual career coaching to undergraduate students, graduate students, and alumni on topics including major exploration, experience building, and professional transitions
• Design and implement programmatic efforts to scale career readiness services and resources
• Liaise with faculty, academic departments, and campus partners to integrate career development into the student experience
• Build professional relationships with employers to expand engagement and industry insights for students
• Maintain high-quality administrative tasks and programmatic outputs to ensure continuous improvement of services

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• One year of professional related work experience (two years of graduate assistantship qualifies)
• Effective communication skills and ability to build professional relationships of trust
• Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree in higher education administration, college student development, or a closely related field
• Experience working in a university career services office
