Career Change Program – Returners Lux

Responsibilities

• Join a 12-month fixed-term contract within the Amazon Consumer business
• Execute business-as-usual roles in functions such as Vendor, Product, or Program Management
• Drive growth for assigned business accounts, categories, or technical products as an individual contributor
• Participate in structured onboarding and on-the-job learning to transition into a corporate environment

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional work experience
• A career break of at least 18 months (e.g., returning professionals, ex-military, or ex-athletes)
• Valid right to work in the location (no visa sponsorship or relocation provided)
• Fluent verbal and written English (C1+ level)
• Previous experience in areas such as e-commerce, FMCG, financial services, consulting, or advertising

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience in account management, sales, business development, marketing, or supply chain
• Proven track record of problem-solving and driving results
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and think both strategically and tactically
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
