About the role
Responsibilities
- Implement and manage career development platforms to support student success
- Assist students with resume reviews, mock interviews, and job search strategies
- Help students earn industry-recognized certificates to prepare for employment
- Collaborate with faculty to integrate career planning into academic curricula
- Monitor student engagement and satisfaction using data to drive continuous improvement
- Contribute to institutional reporting regarding career readiness and student outcomes
