About the role

Responsibilities

  • Build, coach, and track individualized career plans, including conducting career assessments and job-readiness training.
  • Support employees with education and career pathway navigation, such as financial aid and disability services.
  • Maintain timely case documentation and prepare reports for internal reviews and audits.
  • Review disability documentation and coordinate with medical providers, VR agencies, and the VA for AbilityOne qualification.
  • Assist with onboarding paperwork and monitor employee progress through regular case reviews.
  • Develop community partnerships and conduct outreach to expand candidate pipelines and training opportunities.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a vocational or disability-support setting.
  • Experience in career counseling or workforce development.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong case-management skills.
  • Valid WA driver's license, insurance, and personal transportation with an acceptable 5-year driving record.
  • Ability to travel throughout the Puget Sound region and work a schedule of Monday - Friday, 1 pm - 9:30 pm.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations and mentor a diverse workforce.

  • Bachelor's degree.
